Announcing the 2020 DBCAD & IIDR Summer Student Fellowship Recipients!
A huge congratulations to this year’s ten DBCAD & IIDR Undergraduate Summer Student Fellowship recipients.
These competitive awards, now in their eighth year, are designed to support trainees working in the labs of members from both the David Braley Centre for Antibiotic Discovery and Michael G. DeGroote Institute for Infectious Disease Research during their summer practicum.
Our recipients were selected based on their personal leadership, extracurricular involvement, and academic achievement, and their project’s potential impact and contribution to the fields of infectious disease and antimicrobial discovery research.
The DBCAD and IIDR would also like to congratulate our many other undergraduate trainees who have been honoured with various awards this summer in support of their research at McMaster University. We continue to be amazed each year by the outstanding achievements, leadership, and dedication of our young scientists.
